About the job In this position
You’re responsible for managing and developing our e-commerce platform and grow online sales. You manage the e-commerce platform and ensure efficient lead generation, and you do this through both strategic and operational efforts related to our platforms and website architecture in terms of design, functionality, structure and usability. You set and communicate the requirements for efficient internal and external communication initiatives - tracking and analyzing user trends and implementing new functionalities and design features to enhance user experience as well as to attract and retain customers.
In combination with evaluating and developing our channel utilization, you ensure excellent return on our investments as our conversion of interactions on the website and e-commerce platforms gives us valuable insights. In collaboration with different functions within the team and stakeholders such as global product managers, sales areas, IT and external agencies, you manage various projects within your field, follow up and ensure delivery on targets. Driving improvements, you keep us innovative and in the frontline of online sales.
The location for this position is flexible between our Swedish site in Hallstahammar (Sweden) and any of our other sites in Sweden. You will report to the Head of Marketing.
About you
We’re looking for someone with experience from e-commerce platforms and growing online sales through e-commerce, as well as knowledge of digital platforms, lead generation and lead conversion. You’re also comfortable working with Episerver CMS, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems, Marketo or other marketing automation systems along with Google Ads and used to analyzing data in tools like Google Analytics, Semrush and Hotjar. If you have any additional experience from working with chat tools or chatbots, we consider this an extra bonus. Any previous data analytics skills are also considered advantageous. We also believe you have a relevant university degree for the role, and as we are a global company, you need excellent communication skills in English.

About the job
In this position, you are part of a team which, today, consists of seven team members. Your job is to develop and support our units within Kanthal in their way of working and their utilization of our digital platform. You actively coach and maintain a close dialogue with our business globally, and you take lead in reaching our mission of increasing business process value within several areas. To stay ahead, you evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements, and you look at new IT development and evolving business solutions to be able to recommend appropriate alternatives and enhancement to our current systems. You proactively work to capture business opportunities and transform them into possible process changes, and you create feasibility and pre-study cases, as well as suggest, influence, lead or participate in long-term changes in our business.

About you
We are looking for someone with a degree in Applied IT, or with the equivalent knowledge gained from at least five years’ experience from working in the field, where we find previous experience from a similar role as very advantageous. You have good understanding of business systems and skills in M3 is highly desirable.
Within our team, we have divided our processes into streams of Finance, Manufacturing, Purchase, Sales and Logistics. We work together and support both each other and the business cross-stream, but for this role we need someone with focus on the development of our M3 logistics processes. Working in a global environment, your skills in English are fluent, while knowledge of Swedish is beneficial.

You are solution-oriented and innovative, and you have a great ability to mix details with the bigger picture as you analyze root causes and effects. This approach is also valuable in understanding organizational and process architecture, as well as the next stage of implementation, development, savings, and changes. You act decisively, keep clear objectives and take responsibility as you bring new suggestions, drive improvements and reduce costs - all while anticipating and avoiding sub-optimization.

On top of this, you are a true team player who enjoys interactions and collaboration. By using your communicative abilities and by approaching people with an open mind and the willingness to listen and learn, you build strong relationships all across the organization.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Förskoleverksamhet i Hallstahammar står inför ett stort utvecklingsprojekt inom digitalisering. Vi söker en person som kan starta upp, leda och driva på förskolans utveckling och ser det som en spännande utmaning att arbeta med en verksamhets digitaliseringsprocess från början. Det handlar om allt från att se till att förskolornas IT-utrustning finns och fungerar till att skapa förutsättningar och driv för digitalisering i utbildningen. Tjänstens innehåll kommer att förändras över tid och du kommer ha stor möjlighet att själv utforma arbetet med målet förskolans digitalisering i sikte.

Tjänsten kommer inledningsvis ha stort fokus på att samordna och leda förskolans övergång till EDU, samt att projektleda förskolans implementering av en lärplattform. Du kommer arbeta i ett nära samarbete med och stödja förskolans personal i både tekniska och IT-pedagogiska frågor. Du kommer vara en nyckelperson som knyter kontakter inom förvaltningen, med leverantörer, andra delar av kommunen samt med förskolans pedagogiska personal.

Du kommer ingå i ett nära samarbete med grundskolans IT- samordnare och IT-tekniker. En organisation med digitaliserings-piloter är även under uppbyggnad ute på respektive förskola. Du kommer verka som en naturlig del i dessa grupper och kan samverka inom barn- och utbildningsförvaltningen, med andra förvaltningar och kommunövergripande. Du är en prestigelös, kommunikativ person som skapar bra kontakter både inom förvaltningen och tvärsektionellt. Som person är du flexibel, självgående och har en god förmåga att strukturera och organisera ditt arbete. Du har erfarenhet av att ställa krav på leverantörer och följa upp leveranser.

God förmåga att identifiera och analysera arbetsflöden och processer samt kunskap och erfarenhet av informationssäkerhet, avtal, regelverk, policyer och riktlinjer inom IT.

Du har ett professionellt och serviceinriktat bemötande och är en relationsskapare. Du delar med dig av din kunskap till andra och har erfarenhet eller förståelse för arbete inom en politisk styrd organisation.
